When you log on as an administrator you will see this.
Clicking on "DB Changes" you will see the following:
Always back up your DB file before making any changes!

Basically there are four sections:
- Edit Category
- New User
- New Category
- Informational line
3.1 To Edit a category
- Select a category from the list
- When it appears in the "Edit This" field, make your changes.
- Click "Save Edited Cat."
Check the info section for notes. The list will be re-populated with your change.
3.2 To Delete a category
Please note that when you delete a category, its index is also deleted and any references
to it will then not show up. Simply recreating a category does not use the same index.
If an error occurs, please delete you current DB file and replace it with your back up.
- Select a category from the list
- It appears in the "Edit This" field.
- Click "Delete Cat"
- Confirm Deletion
Check the info section for notes. The list will be re-populated with your change.
3.3 To Change, Edit, or Add a user
- Select the "Click to Add a New User" button

Here you can manipulate the users. Again note, if you alter the users, the reports which depend on them
will also be altered.
